La Leche League of Montana leaders are scattered across the state. Currently LLL Group meetings are held regularly in Billings, Bozeman, Helena, and Missoula.

Meetings are held monthly and the information is divided into topics for a four-meeting series. Meetings are led by women who have happily and successfully breastfed their own children and have subsequently been accredited by La Leche League International (LLLI). Babies and siblings are always welcome at LLL meetings!
