Services Provided: MSDB's Outreach Program serves as a statewide resource center providing information and consultation to parents and to schools and professionals serving students with vision loss and/or different hearing levels. Our Outreach specialists and Family Advisors work with parents in their homes, by providing information, referrals, counseling and instruction to help parents adjust to their child's unique needs. We provide technical assistance and equipment on a short-term loan basis to school districts. Outreach services are provided at no cost.
